1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Engineering and Network Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Engineering and Network Services.

2. Service Description

Engineering and Network Services provides the following categories of services:

  • Hosting Services: Shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server solutions
  • Cloud Computing: Scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services
  • Backup & Storage: Data backup, recovery, and archival solutions
  • Network Services: Connectivity, security, and managed network solutions

3. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting and cloud services, measured on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA commitment, eligible customers will receive service credits as outlined in their specific service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment methods currently accepted: PayPal (additional methods coming soon)
  • 30-day refund guarantee for new customers
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes
  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Excessive resource abuse that impacts other users
  • Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining operations

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of critical data. 7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer for services during the preceding 12-month period. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

8. Termination

Customers may terminate their service at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day window to retrieve your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice via email or through our client dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
